We value our team above all else. That means if you have a doctor’s appointment or need a mental health day, that’s fine. If you have a family obligation and need to work in the evening, that’s fine too. And if you want to unplug for the weekend, we get it - so do we. Your well-being is the most important thing, and we hold ourselves accountable for maintaining that perspective even when work gets crazy.
We work hard to tell the stories of the companies we represent, but when the day is done, we’re ready to play hard, kick back and decompress. Our fully remote workplace also means you can do the job from anywhere where there’s wifi. Your house? A co-working space? An island in the South Pacific? Go for it.
We are not nose-to-the-pavement, 24/7-type people. We make the calls and send the emails and in between, we talk about family and the latest movies and the meaning of life.
